You can try before you buy in any of our local showrooms and we will deliver and set your new chair up for you exactly how you like it.

Our team will keep you advised every step of the way, from initial assessments in store right up until the point of delivery.

Advice and Support

To find the right seating solution for your needs we strongly recommend visiting one of our showrooms to look and try the different models in person. Alternatively, if you are unable to make it to a showroom we do offer a Home Assessment service, however this does not allow you to try the full range of chairs available and we would always recommend a store visit over a Home Assessment.

To help support our customers after they have purchased a new riser recliner or nursing chair from us, we restrict the sales of our chairs and larger motorised items to within 50 miles of our Distribution Centre in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. This allows us to effectively and quickly respond to all issues or problems that may arise down the line.
