Clearwell is the leading provider of mobility equipment and home adaptations in the South East with a network of 12 showrooms across Sussex, Surrey, and Kent.

We recruit individuals from a variety of backgrounds and in all cases, we look for people who have good communication skills coupled with an outgoing and friendly personality, the ability to work in a team, commercial awareness, energy, resilience and adaptability.

Location: Burgess Hill, West Sussex
Type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 37.5 hours/5 days per week, Monday – Friday

Assistant Manager


Location: Worthing, West Sussex
Type: Permanent, Part Time
Hours: 22.5 hours/3 days per week, 8.45am - 5.15pm (Monday – Saturday on a rota basis)

Showroom Manager


Location: Worthing, West Sussex
Type: Permanent, Part Time

Warehouse Assistant


Location: Burgess Hill, West Sussex
Type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 40 hours/5 days per week, Monday – Friday - 08:30-17:00 (Early starts on Mondays)

Showroom Manager


Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 37.5 hours/5 days per week, Monday – Saturday - 08:45-17:15 on a rota basis
