Changes to your order
If you have inadvertently ordered the wrong product or you need to make any changes to your order, please contact our Customer Services team immediately by calling 01444 253 300. If we are given sufficient notice, we should be able to change your order prior to despatch from our warehouse. If your order has been despatched then you will need to follow the procedures for returning the item - please see our returns information.
Your rights to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order up to 8 days after receipt of the goods. You must notify us in writing if you wish to make a cancellation. The goods must not be used and be returned to us in its original packaging.

The right to cancel your order does not extend to Special Order products which have been made to your specification.
For reasons of hygiene and cross infection, our returns policy does not extend to the following products if opened and/or the product has been used:
- Incontinence pads
- Bed pans
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
