We have replaced our entire stock of standard sealed lead acid batteries with brand new Haze Gel Batteries. This breakthrough in battery technology provides the user with increased reliability, performance and lifespan all for a fractional increase in price.
The gel batteries are designed to survive up to 600 battery life cycles in comparison to the 200-300 of a standard SLA battery. This increase of battery life means that gel batteries can survive up to 2 years longer with general use.
If you store your mobility scooter outside or in the garage the gel batteries may be the solution to a problem you experience every winter. Cold weather naturally causes batteries to lose their charge even when not in use, but the groundbreaking gel technology in these batteries helps prevent unnecessary depletion in cold weather.
