One button on the back of the special handset links your call to a friendly telephonist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, who then puts your call through or sends a text message on your behalf. It's that easy!
How does it work?
When you sign up we ask you for the names and numbers of the people and places you want to call. Then simply press the Fuss Free button on the back of the phone and you'll be connected to your telephonist, tell them who or where you want to call and they will put you through. It's so simple.
Fuss Free Phones will even send text messages for you. Simply tell you telephonist who and what you want to text and they will send the message for you. Replies can be sent either to your phone of they'll call you and read it to you.
Going further
If you call with an emergency, Fuss Free Phones will call your designated friends and family or even the emergency services, should you require them. They will also look up information for you and if you want to add, change or remove any contacts they'll do that as well.
No Nuisance Calls
Fuss Free Phones also allows you to control who calls you. The names and numbers of the people you most frequently speak to become you 'Trusted Callers' list. If anyone on this list calls you, they get through straight to your phone.
Any callers who are not on this list can be diverted to our telephonists who answer for you. If it's a sales call, PPI or a fraudulent call they hang up for you. If it's genuine then they will put them through. This means you will never hear from anyone you don't want to. Nuisance calls never reach your mobile.
How much does it cost?
For all this you are probably thinking it is going to cost a small fortune, but you would be wrong!
The whole package costs only £20 per month with £79.99 for the cost of the handset.
This monthly fee includes 24/7 access to your telephonist and 500 minutes call time a month. Should you start to run low on your minutes, Fuss Free Phones will call you to let you know and advise of how to increase your call time limit. The fee also includes the No Nuisance Calls service and the set up of the service.
You can also cancel the service at any time. Your phone will stay connected until the next payment date and the phone is yours to keep.
