The Handicare 1100 is the perfect entry level stairlift for straight staircases and features the narrowest rail on the market. This ultra slim line rail obscures less of your stairs than any other straight stairlift system allowing for easy access for maintenance and cleaning.

The stylish and sleek design of the 1100's rail blends effortlessly into your interior and thanks to its compact and grease free rail, it is easy to keep clean and running smoothly. Thanks to its slim design, the Handicare 1100 rail can be placed closer to the wall than a traditional stairlift rail allowing for more space to remain usable on the stairs. To offer even more use of your stairs the seat, footrest and armrests all fold up with ease when not in use.

The 1100 has a number of safety features to provide you with the safest and best stair climbing experience. The seat swivels at the top and bottom of the stairs to allow you to get on and off of the stairlift with ease. Also, for extra safety, the 1100 comes with safety sensors as standard which will stop should the lift come in to contact with an obstruction whilst travelling.

Unlike other stairlifts, the 1100 features patented technology which features no tooth rack removing grease or oil from the rail. This revolutionary design allows for each cleaning, reduction in dust and dirt collection and helping you to keep your staircase spick and span.

The 1100 features patented four wheel drive technology with four separate motors, this means that in the unfortunate event that one of the motors fails, you can still finish your ride up or down the stairs in safety. The 1100 also features the ability to charge your stairlift batteries anywhere on the rail, no matter whether you finish your ride at the top, bottom or halfway up the staircase.
