The Clearwell managers returned to the AMEX Stadium in Brighton last week for the second Managers Meeting of 2018.

The Managers were introduced to a selection of new products and new internal developments within the company all aimed at continuing to provide the best experience for customers.

A highlight of the meeting was the attendance of Linsey Tran from Dementia Friendly Worthing who ran an interactive training session for the managers on working with customers living with dementia. The session produced some interesting and informative discussions on the wide range of dementia people live with and the best practices to use when interacting with them. The session was rounded off with all managers being presented with a Dementia Friends badge and window stickers for them to proudly display in their showroom windows.

Supporting Clearwell’s strategy to become an omni-channel retailer, showroom managers were issued with new iPads to further improve the customer experience in store and to support new product and service launches over the coming months. It was also announced that the Worthing and Staines showrooms will be the next stores to be receiving large interactive touch screens.
