The lightweight, Ashby Grab Rail has been developed with a classic angled design specifically for the elderly or disabled. Moulded with an angle mid way along the bar, the Ashby gives the effect of two grab rails in one.
When mounted to the wall the Ashby offers an angled upright rail to help pull yourself up with and then also a horizontal rail to push down on as you rise or lower yourself.
Ideal for mounting in the bathroom next to the toilet or bath, the rail is made from a lightweight plastic which makes it fully waterproof and rust-proof. The grab area of the rail is a moulded, textured surface offering extra grip to the user.
The Ashby Grab Rail is provided without fixings or screw and we strongly recommend installation by a qualified tradesman.
