Sales Administrator

Role Overview

Location: 21 Albert Drive, Burgess Hill, RH15 9TN West Sussex

Type: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: 37.5 hours/5 days per week, Monday – Friday 8:30-5:00pm

Salary: Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, staff discount and attendance bonus

Reporting to: Managing Director


Clearwell Mobility is a family owned business with 20 years experience in the mobility industry. We have 12 shops across the South East and provide a full range of products and services for the elderly and less abled. We are friendly, professional and customer focused.

We are looking for an Sales Office Administrator to join our team and help keep our Adaptations and Charity business running smoothly.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including managing our Adaptations sales rep calendar by scheduling appointments with customers, and by providing administrative support for the sales process. In addition, you will be the main point of contact with our charity partners to provide quotes and invoices for mobility aids. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


Main Responsibilities

  • Organise and coordinate appointments
  • Provide quotes and invoices for charity partners
  • Manage the hire fleet
  • Answer customer calls and queries by email
  • Organise for building works for the Adaptations team
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Prepare reports and documents

This is a varied and challenging role that requires good organisational skills along with a positive attitude. This role would suite people with experience in admin, administrators. office, assistant. We are open to people from all backgrounds and are a friendly team so why not join us?!
