Please be aware: Some of our showrooms are now temporarily closed. We are still processing web and telephone orders as usual.

Showrooms

All showroom telephone lines are still operating and diverting to our Head Office, where the staff will be able to assist you with any queries you may have.

We are still taking telephone orders and processing these as normal. Our staff will do all we can to facilitate your normal orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery & Service Staff

 

  • We are introducing a Contactless Delivery process where our delivery staff will arrive at your property and make visual contact with the customer only. Signs or notes can be left to instruct us to deliver your item to a certain room and there will be no need to sign the usual delivery paperwork. If you wish to take advantage of this service please advise the delivery coordinator when you book your delivery.
  • Our service engineers are wearing disposable gloves when handling equipment and using anti-bacterial wipes to clean surfaces on equipment which they have come in to contact with. We are currently only providing essential mainentance services on equipment which is deemed as urgent and an emergency. This includes stairlifts, scooters and powerchairs. We are not currently undertaking any annual servicing or general cosmetic repairs to products.
  • All products repaired at our Burgess Hill workshop are cleaned with anti-bacterial wipes and our technicians are washing their hand frequently
  • All engineers and delivery teams have been provided with gloves.
