Sales Advisor - Burgess Hill

Role Overview

Location: Burgess Hill, West Sussex

Type: Permanent, Part Time

Hours: 35 hours / 5 days per week, Monday – Friday

Salary: Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, staff discount and attendance bonus

Reporting to: Showroom Manager


Clearwell Mobility is the South East's leading retailer of mobility aids for the elderly and less able. Established in 2004 we have 12 showrooms and are now recruiting for a Sales Assistant at our Burgess Hill showroom. 

We offer our customers a personal shopper type experience and encourage our team members to spend time with customers to get an understanding of them, their home environment and their aspirations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with product selection, advise on product features and assess user requirements
  • Safely demonstrate the use of products
  • Process customers purchases, returns and exchanges along with the related admin tasks
  • Maintain the appearance of the showroom including appropriate stock display
  • Follow all systems and procedures correctly, effectively and consistently
  • Work with the manager to deliver relevant KPI's

  • Great communication skills
  • A team player with the ability to promote and help build a positive work environment
  • IT literate
  • Flexibility to work on a monthly rota basis
