Adjustable Trekking Pole

This popular lightweight, aluminium trekking pole is perfect for hikers and ramblers. With its space-saving, telescope design, this trekking pole is height adjustable between 31-61" (80-156cm) making it perfect for a range of users.

The handle is designed to be used in two ways: held at the top as you would a walking stick, or grasped around the neck in the manor of walking staff.

The cord wrist loop is used to prevent accidental loss or dropping of the pole when walking. At the base of the shaft is a removable rubber ferrule. When removed, this ferrule reveals a metal spike which makes the pole suitable for use on both hard and soft sources.

Many walkers find that using a pole in each hand greatly reduces the the strain on the knee and ankle joints, especially if climbing over stiles or similar whilst carrying heavy rucksacks. The Adjustable Trekking Pole weights only 370g.
