With a smaller rear wheel, Transit wheelchairs are easier to manoeuvre and more compact. Most also have a simple folding mechanism so that the sides close in. Our range of transit wheelchairs all have pusher or attendant brakes for safety when using ramps or slopes and most of the wheelchairs are made of lightweight materials, making them easy to lift.
