Safe Shopping with Clearwell Mobility

We have been working hard behind the scenes to make adjustment to our showrooms so that our staff and customers can return to showrooms in safety.

We have taken a risk assessed approach in line with government guidelines and are confident that we can provide a safe shopping environment.

Social Distancing

Limiting Customer Numbers

We are limiting the number of customers in our showrooms at a time and limiting each customer group to 2 people.

Keep Your Distance

Please keep a minimum of 2 metres between yourself and other customers and staff at all times when in store.

Showroom Signage

We have installed additional signage and queueing guidlines in our showrooms to help direct the flow of customers.


What We're Doing

Cleaning

We have introduced strict cleaning guidelines in all of showrooms for staff to adhere to. This includes extra cleaning of high-contact points.

Face Coverings

We are advising customers to wear face masks when in the showrooms and have disposable face masks available for those who do not have their own.


Changes We've Made

Card/Contactless Preferred

Where possible we are asking for customers to pay by card or contactless methods when paying.

Customer Toilets

Unfortunately, our customer toilets are temporarily closed to help protect our customers and staff. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Home Delivery

We are offering contact-free home delivery on all items including our entire range of riser recliners and mobility scooters.
