Customer Services Advisor

Location: Burgess Hill, West Sussex
Type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 08.45am – 5.15pm Mon–Fri with an unpaid hour for lunch.
Salary: Competitive package, plus overtime, pension, staff discount and attendance bonus
Reporting to: Operations Manager

Main Responsibilities

  • Processing sales through our EPOS system and website
  • Booking courier deliveries using external company software
  • Liaising with Clearwell stores to deliver orders via courier
  • Taking customer orders over the phone
  • Assisting with customer enquiries (by telephone, by email and in person) about product features, price, available stock and delivery
  • Occasional assistance in our Burgess Hill showroom when busy
